  • Tinto: 120 mg/l

Minimum Total Acidity

  • Blanco – 5-10 g/l tartaric acid
  • Tinto – 4-8.5 g/l tartaric acid

Aging Requirements

  • None specifically listed, but nationally used traditional terms Crianza, Reserva, Gran Reserva, Anejo and Noble may be used to indicate age
  • Similarly, Barrica and Roble may be used if the wine meets the national requirements
