Summary

Domaine Saint Préfert was established in the 1930s and was one of the first producers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape to ship their wines to the United States. The winery remained in the hands of the Serre family until 2002, when it was sold to its current owner, Isabel Ferrando. Most of the vineyards are located around the estate in the lieu dit of Les Grandes Serres.

Style & Vinification Techniques

Winemaking is semi-modern at Saint Préfert. Grapes are de-stemmed and aged in a combination of new and old oak barrels.
