Summary

Despite an incredibly long history, the estate has new beginnings as of 2008, when the Farinetti family purchased the company. They continue to celebrate the estate’s historic past and produce wines in the same, traditional style. The estate is located in the heart of the town of Barolo, and the 20 ha of vineyard holdings stretch across some of Barolo’s most famous crus: Cannubi, Liste, San Pietro, and Fossati.

Style & Vinification Techniques

Winemaking is very traditional. Wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts and punchdowns are carried out by hand. Wines are aged in large, Slavonian oak botti.
