Summary

The domaine was established relatively recently by the Delorme brothers, Fabrice and Christophe. They take the utmost care to farm their vineyards sustainably, including avoiding any type of copper treatments.

Style & Vinification Techniques

Fabrice and Christophe aim to make fruit-forward wines of concentration and complexity. Considered a modern producer, they employ complete de-stemming, temperature-controlled fermentations and a portion of new French oak barriques.
