Summary

Joël and Chantal Rochette established Domaine Rochette in 1981. Today they farm 15 hectares and produces wines from four Crus as well as a Beaujolais Rosé, Blanc and Nouveau. Their son Matthieu joined them at the estate in 2009.


Style & Vinification Techniques

Grapes are hand-harvested and ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, wines are racked to age in stainless steel tanks or barrels before bottling in April following the harvest.
