Summary

Though founded in the nineteenth-century the estate was brought to renown in the 1930s by Robert Vocoret and is now managed by hid grandson Patrice and great-grandson Jérôme. Patrice is in charge of the winemaking and Jérôme the vineyards. This is a fairly large operation with a wide range of wines from Chablis Village to Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. They own 50% of the vineyards used for their wines, the other 50% they lease.

Style & Vinification Techniques

The grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards are hand-harvested, but all others are harvested mechanically. The wines are fermented and aged in foudre from the Chablis Village to the Grand Cru wines.
