Élevage
- Côtes du Roussillon Villages/Caramany/Latour-de-France/Lesquerde: Wines may not be released until February 15 of the year following the harvest
- Tautavel: Wines may not be released until October 1 of the year following the harvest

- 4,000 vines per hectare
