    • Principal Varieties: Min. 70% combined Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle, and Sémillon
    • Accessory Varieties: Max. 30% Merlot Blanc; max. 10% combined Mauzac, Colombard, and Ugni Blanc
  • Entre-Deux-Mers „Haut-Benauge“ Blanc

Assemblage

  • At least two principal varieties must be present, and accessory varieties may not account for more than 30% of the blend.

Minimum Potential Alcohol

  • Blanc: 10.5%

  • Blanc: 170 g/l
