  • Rosato: 11%

Minimum Total Acidity

  • Bianco: 4.5 g/l
  • Rosato/Rosso: 5 g/l

Aging Requirements

  • Wines may be released on January 1 of the year after harvest.

Maximum Yields

  • Bianco: 10 tons/ha
  • Rosato/Rosso: 9 tons/ha
