    • Principal Varieties: Min. 50% combined Grenache, Nielluccio, and Sciaccarello (Mammolo) (min. 1/3 combined Nielluccio and Sciaccarello)

Maximum Residual Sugar

  • 4 g/l (5 g/l for rouge wines with potential alcohol greater than 14%)

  • Chaptalization is prohibited
