- Blanc „Sec“: max. 8 g/l (Total acidity must be within 2 g/l of the total residual sugar.)
Sparkling Wine Requirements
- Traditional Method Secondary Fermentation
- Wines may not be released until 12 months after the date of tirage.
Minimum Planting Density
- 6,000 vines per hectare
Maximum Yield (Rendement de Base)
- Blanc: 52 hl/ha
- Vin Mousseux/Pétillant: 65 hl/ha
