  • Blanc „Sec“: max. 8 g/l (total acidity must be within 2 g/l of residual sugar)

Sparkling Wine Requirements

  • Traditional Method Secondary Fermentation
  • Wines may not be released until 9 months after the date of tirage

Minimum Planting Density

  • 6,000 vines per hectare
