Aging Requirements
- Rosato/Rosso: Wines may not be released before January of the year after harvest.
- Rosso Riserva: Wines must be aged min. 2 years from November 1 of the year of harvest.

- Bianco: 13 tons/ha
- Rosato/Rosso: 12 tons/ha
