Aging Requirements

  • Rosato: Wines may be released on January 1 of the year after harvest.
  • Superiore: Wines may be released on March 1 of the year after harvest.

Minimum Planting Density

  • 2,500 vines per hectare for new plantings.
  • 1,600 vines per hectare if planted to the Pergola system.

Maximum Yields

  • Rosato: 14 tons/ha
  • Rosato Superiore: 12 tons/ha

Elevation

  • Max 500 meters
  • Max 600 meters for sites that are exposed to the sun at noon.
