Aging Requirements

- 1,600 vines per hectare if planted to the Pergola system.
Maximum Yields
- Rosato: 14 tons/ha
- Rosato Superiore: 12 tons/ha
Elevation
- Max 500 meters
- Max 600 meters for sites that are exposed to the sun at noon.
