Aging Requirements
- Bianco/Rosato: Wines must be aged for min. 5 months from November 1 of the year the grapes were harvested.
- Rosso: Wines must be aged for min. 9 months from November 1 of the year the grapes were harvested.
- Rosso Riserva: Wines must be aged for min. 36 months from November 1 of the year the grapes were harvested.
