  • Blanc Sec: Max. 8 g/l (Total acidity must be within 2 g/l of the residual sugar.)

Additional Requirements

  • Chaptalization is forbidden for wines with more than 12 g/l of residual sugar

Minimum Planting Density

  • 5,500 vines per hectare

Maximum Yield (Rendement de Base)

  • 52 hl/ha
