Assemblage

  • Rosé: Two varieties must be present.  The percentage of Syrah must exceed that of any other variety.
  • Rouge: Both principal varieties must be present at a min. combined 60%.  Syrah must not exceed 80% of the blend.

  • 11%

Minimum Must Weight

  • Rosé: 180 g/l
  • Rouge: 189 g/l

Maximum Residual Sugar

  • Rosé: 4 g/l
  • Rouge: 3 g/l

Minimum Planting Density

  • 4,000 vines per hectare

Maximum Yield (Rendement de Base)

  • 55 hl/ha
