Aging Requirements
- Rosato: Wines may be released on March 1 of the year after harvest.
- Rosso: Wines must be aged for min. 12 months from November 1 of the year of harvest.
- Rosso Riserva: Wines must be aged for min. 24 months, including min. 6 months in wood, from November 1 of the year of harvest.
