  • Moscato Passito: 4.5 g/l

Aging Requirements

  • Aglianicone: Wines can be released on April 1 of the year after harvest.
  • Barbera Riserva/Aglianico Riserva: Wines must be aged for min. 2 years, including min. 6 months in oak, from November 1 of the year of harvest.
  • Moscato Passito: Grapes may be dried until no later than January 31 of the year after harvest.

Additional Requirements

  • Wines must be vintage dated, with the exception of Spumante.

Maximum Yields

  • Bianco: 12 tons/ha
  • Rosato/Rosso/Barbera/Aglianicone/Moscato: 10 tons/ha
