Aging Requirements
- Aglianicone: Wines can be released on April 1 of the year after harvest.
- Barbera Riserva/Aglianico Riserva: Wines must be aged for min. 2 years, including min. 6 months in oak, from November 1 of the year of harvest.
- Moscato Passito: Grapes may be dried until no later than January 31 of the year after harvest.
Additional Requirements
- Wines must be vintage dated, with the exception of Spumante.
Maximum Yields
- Bianco: 12 tons/ha
- Rosato/Rosso/Barbera/Aglianicone/Moscato: 10 tons/ha
