Aging Requirements
- Rosso/Primitivo: Wines must be aged for min. 1 year from January 1 of the year after harvest.
- Rosso Riserva/Primitivo Riserva/Vecchio: Wines must be aged for min. 2 years, including min. 1 year in wood.
Minimum Planting Density
- 3,500 vines per hectare
