Aging Requirements

  • Rosso: Wines may be released June 1 of the year after harvest.
  • Rosso Riserva: Wines must be aged for min. 2 years, including min. 1 year in wood, from November 1 of the year of harvest.

Planting Density

  • Min. 2,000 vines per hectare, max. 6,000 vines per hectare

Maximum Yields

  • Bianco: 12 tons/ha
  • Rosato/Rosso: 11 tons/ha
