Assemblage

  • For white wines, Muscadelle, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon must account for at least 65% of the blend.

  • Rouge: 10.5%

  • Blanc Sec: 170 g/l
  • Blanc: 178 g/l
  • Rouge: 180 g/l (189 g/l for Merlot)

  • Blanc: min. 4 g/l
  • Rouge: max. 4 g/l

Élevage

  • Rouge wines may not be released until September 1 of the year following the harvest

Minimum Planting Density

  • 4,500 vines per hectare

  • Blanc Sec: 55 hl/ha
