Minimum Total Acidity

  • 5 g/l

Aging Requirements

  • Rosso Superiore: Wines must be aged for min. 2 years from november 1 of the year of harvest.

Maximum Yields

  • Bianco: 12 tons/ha
  • Rosso: 11 tons/ha
