Aging Requirements
- Bianco: Wines may be released February 1 on the year after harvest.
- Bianco Superiore: Wines may be released March 31 on the year after harvest.
- Rosso: Wines may be released January 1 on the second year after harvest.
- Rosso Riserva: Wines must be aged for a min. 2 years, including min. 6 months in wood from January 1 on the year after harvest.
- Rosso Novello: Wines must be bottled by December 31 on the year of harvest. Wines must be made by min. 60% carbonic maceration.
