Aging Requirements

- Gran Reserva (Tinto only): Wines must be aged for a min. 5 years, including at least 18 months in oak

Maximum Yields
- Tinta do Toro and Verdejo: 6 tons/ha, 70 liters/100 kg
- Garnacha and Malvasia: 9 tons/ha, 70 liters/100 kg
- Note: In areas beyond the communes of Morales de Toro and Pedrosa del Rey, Verdejo yields are reduced to 4 tons/ha, and Garnacha and Malvasia yields are reduced to 7 tons/ha
