Minimum Total Acidity

  • Spumante: 6 g/l

Aging Requirements

  • Bianco/Bianco Superiore: Wines must be aged min. 30 days in bottle before they may be released.
  • Rosso: Wines must be aged min. 90 days in bottle before they may be released.

Minimum Planting Density

  • 3,000 vines per hectare

Maximum Yields

  • Bianco/Bianco Superiore/Forastera/Biancolella: 10 tons/ha
  • Rosso/Piedirosso/Rosso Passito: 9 tons/ha
