The UK Sommelier Association is a key member of the Worldwide Sommelier Association and also linked to the Italian Sommelier Association. In the UK the organisation offers courses, master classes and tasting events for professionals in the wine trade and the restaurant trade. A diploma course is offered in London that covers food & wine pairing and involves tasting over 100 wines. We talk about the Sommelier competition and Federica gives us tips for getting the best out of a sommelier at a restaurant.
