Jeremy talks about the different mixers and ingredients that are used to add flavour to gin drinks and cocktails. We talk about some of the botanicals, such as juniper and liquorice root and how in the last decade we’re seeing many different styles of gin, with brands like Hendricks leading the way. We get onto the topic of Gin Martinis, a favourite with Chris, and find out the story behind the name Dutch Courage.
