Episode 391 – Fitting out a winery with Jonathan Medard of Rathfinny Estate Part 1
Jonathan trained as a winemaker in Reims in Champagne and then spent 10 years in California. He is experienced at making both sparkling and still wines. He moved to the UK in 2012 to work with Rathfinny Estate. Jonathan tells us how they have kitted out the winery and describes some of the high tech equipment they will be using, such as the Coquard press, and how it works.
