The wines are displayed in a refrigerated cabinet and wine is automatically dispensed to different measures. They offer two types, back bar for use by staff and front of house (self serve). Customers purchase a card to buy tasters or full glasses of wine, allowing them to try a much greater range of wines at an affordable price. The wines are preserved for up to 30 days using argon gas, so there is no spoilage or wastage. The company can provide single temperature or dual temperature cabinets so that white and red can be dispensed side by side.
