Episode 545 – Cellars in the Sky with Tom Otley of Business Traveller magazine
Tom Otley is the editor of the Business Traveller consumer magazine which organises the annual wine competition Cellars in the Sky. The awards have been going since 1985. Tom explains the rationale for the awards which focus on wines served in First Class and Business Class (not Economy). The winning airlines can use the logo free of charge to promote their Cellars in the Sky award on their wine list, but the awards are not a profit centre for the magazine.
