Episode 598 – The Vinepair podcast with Zach Geballe
Zach Geballe is co-host of the Vinepair podcast which was launched in July 2018 and is producing about 1 show per week. The website and business Vinepair.com was established in 2011 and covers alcoholic beverages – wine, beer and spirits and is aimed at the casual drinker and ‚interested‘ consumers as opposed to enthusiasts.

The site carries advertising and sponsored content from related sources as well as generating additional revenue from its online store which sells a diverse range of products from clothing to wine decanters. According to Zach the website has around 4 million visitors a month, making them the top website for wine/beverages in the US.
Ex-sommelier Zach hosts the Vinepair podcast alongside Adam Teeter, co-founder of Vinepair. Zach says that first and foremost they want to entertain listeners as well as providing information. They don’t tend to interview guests, the show’s format is based around a conversation between Adam and Zach.
